We all bid adieu to longstanding member, Maureen Fordham, with a splendid lunch at Pat Gloyn’s house.
After filling our plates (and then going back for seconds … and thirds?), Gill Gowland presented Maureen with garden vouchers – we hope she’ll buy something lovely to plant in her new garden.
Maureen then presented Gill with her bell which I’m sure will get a lot of use at our monthly meetings!
We’ll all miss Maureen as she’s been a good friend and an invaluable members of our W.I. Best of luck in your new home, Maureen!
