Last week a small group of us (including honorary WI member Miss Ruby) set off for a splendid day in the sunshine in Falmouth.
We began by taking a lovely boat ride up the Fal, stopping off in Malpas for a coffee. The sun was bright, the sky was blue and it couldn’t have been a better day.
After the boat trip, we headed to Rick Stein’s for some al fresco fish and chips in a delightfully shady spot. Following lunch, some of us headed to the Falmouth Art Gallery while others browsed in the shops.
